I know this isn't helpful, but I question why you bought a Japanese software when you don't understand Japanese.
Edit: Okay the big wide boxes with a "-" in between are likely serial codes and based on my limited translation abilities of Japanese... Maybe this is the registration code template asking you to register CeVIO. This comes when you purchase the software. I don't know *how* they are handling this, in Vocaloid they either send it with physical copies or via e-mail. (edit; the template also says this will work for 30 days if you don't register, I can't really read much else, but I recognise this text).
The issue is they won't have English customer support being a Japanese product/company, so if you ask the company itself... Eh... You may get a disappointing response.
Customer support is in english and in japanese from my experience. The bottom is asking for your email. The top is definitely asking you to input your registration code. The option below it is offering a 30 day trial. Feel free to message them if you have any trouble, it was really nice talking to the dudes
