On June 7, 2024, the official HaKoniwalily Twitter account announced the development of two upcoming Japanese Song Voice libraries, Hakoniwa Hano and Hakoniwa Koto, based on the singing female duo unit members Hanon and Kotoha respectively. A crowdfunding campaign was launched the same day, with the initial goal of reaching ¥10,000,000 yen.[1][2] The crowdfund surpassed this goal within the first 24 hours of the crowdfund's launch.
On December 2, backers who asked for plans with the voicebanks were informed the rewards would be delayed to mid-December.
