Kazamatsuri Asahi (風祭 朝陽, かざまつり あさひ) is a Japanese Song Voice developed by KONAMI Digital Entertainment in collaboration with Techno-Speech, Inc., and was released for VoiSona in April 2024.[1] She is a member of the LAUGH DiAMOND series.
Her voice is provided by Serina Kumazawa, a Japanese voice actress and former member of the female idol group HKT48.
Concept[]
Kazamatsuri Asahi is stated to be full of energy who moves before thinking, and is generally happy-go-lucky. She is always brimming with positivity and ensures that there's always good vibes, however, she is also in search of the "something" that makes her unique. Asahi puts a great amount of value on whether things are "rock or not" but she doesn't actually know much about rock at all, nor can she play any instruments. Her favorite food is B-class gourmet.
By chance, she made it into a talent agency and formed a unit, LAUGH DiAMOND, with Takamura Hibiki, Komurasaki Momoka, and Yamada Kanon. The girls, however, weren't granted their own song and were left to their own devices to train in hopes of debuting. As there was essentially no guidance, the girls attempted a street performance. Their goal is to one day perform many different songs at an official live music club.[2]
Kazamatsuri Asahi has a very natural singing voice that matches her personality and her age. She is the only member in LAUGH DiAMOND that sings without a vibrato, making her voice stand out within the unit, which also works to strengthen her impression of a modern girl with a warm, energetic voice that is trying her very best. Up-tempo J-POP, Rock, and VOCALOID songs are her specialty.
A characteristic point of LAUGH DiAMOND is that creating unit songs comprised of multiple singers, such as duets and trios are made simple. Each voice retains its uniqueness and blends into a beautiful unison.[3]

Kazamatsuri Asahi along with the other LAUGH DiAMOND series vocalists: Takamura Hibiki, Komurasaki Momoka, and Yamada Kanon, were announced and released on April 1, 2024. As a member of the group, she was among the first to receive various promotional material such as character profiles, and promotional images.[4]
