On January 11, 2025, a Twitter account was created for LeuR with a binary encoded tweet as a first clue.[1] The official announcement came on March 14, 2025 with two demos, her own website, and the creation of her artist page on the VoiSona website. She was announced to release on April 4, 2025.[2]

According to Techno-Speech, Inc., LeuR "features an endearing, heartfelt voice with a touch of sweet melancholy".[3] |
